Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Manager - Software Engineering to lead a team in developing and supporting enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in building and supporting enterprise applications
Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for Java/Spring backend services and Angular front-end applications
Own application-level design decisions and guide modernization initiatives for legacy systems

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 3+ years in a technical leadership role
Strong experience with Java/Spring-based applications, Angular, and SQL databases
Proven ability to lead development teams and deliver complex software solutions
Working knowledge of Azure and CI/CD concepts
