Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Information Technology (IT) to lead and support IT operations in a telecommunications environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the internal IT Helpdesk team, ensuring timely support for hardware, software, connectivity, and access issues
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise IT infrastructure and ensure high system availability
  • Ensure enterprise-wide compliance with cybersecurity best practices and manage endpoint protection and vulnerability management
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in IT operations, with at least 3 years in a management or team lead role
  • Expertise in managing Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS)
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols and experience with helpdesk tools
  • Prior experience in a telecom or managed services provider (MSP) environment is preferred
