IT/MDM QA Consultant
Job Summary
To enhance internal Mac deployment and classroom tooling, the part-time contract IT/MDM QA Consultant will review QA processes, audit MDM deployment flows, and evaluate privacy permission configurations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Review current QA processes and identify gaps for internal Mac tooling
- Audit MDM deployment flows to flag risks and improve installation management
- Evaluate TCC and PPPC configurations to ensure clean handling of privacy permissions
Required qualifications
- Deep experience in managed Mac environments using MDM solutions like Jamf or Intune
- Expertise in managed installation of PKGs and packaging Mac software
- Fluency in configuring privacy permissions and troubleshooting TCC issues
- Experience with software similar to Zoom or GoGuardian in classroom settings
- Strong understanding of QA processes and the ability to communicate findings effectively
