Job Summary

Required Qualifications

- 11+ years of corporate IT experience in a fast-paced software and/or cloud environment
- Proven experience with Windows, Office 365, SCCM, and Exchange
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting computer-related issues
- Experience leading a team of junior members is an advantage
