IT Migration Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Migration Technician for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule migration appointments with end users
• Remotely connect to user workstations to perform Office suite upgrades and uninstall legacy versions
• Document completed migrations and maintain communication with users throughout the process

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office migrations or similar desktop application upgrades
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, and Enterprise Apps installations
• Ability to remotely access and support Windows workstations
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Prior experience with large-scale enterprise migrations is preferred
