IT Network Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of IT Network Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and support of the organization's network infrastructure
• Lead a team of network engineers and support staff while ensuring network reliability, performance, and security
• Consult with management and coordinate technology updates and employee training on new software and hardware

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred) and/or 5+ years of experience in network operations or infrastructure management, including 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong technical knowledge of enterprise applications and network equipment configuration
• Direct experience with Cisco switches and routers
• Proficiency with network monitoring and management tools for both wired and wireless environments
• Knowledge of cloud networking solutions in AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus
