IT Network Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of IT Network Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and support of the organization's network infrastructure
• Lead a team of network engineers and support staff while ensuring network reliability, performance, and security
• Coordinate with other departments and external vendors to implement technology updates and educate employees on new systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in network operations or infrastructure management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong hands-on knowledge of network equipment configuration and optimization
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools for wired and wireless environments
• Knowledge of cloud networking in AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus
