Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Operational Specialist to support IT operational and migration projects within a global team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 2 / Level 3 operational support for infrastructure, applications, and end-user services during integration
  • Own and resolve incidents and service requests in ServiceNow, including triage and root cause analysis
  • Support operational activities during infrastructure migration and security remediation projects
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5-8 years of experience at an L2/L3 support specialist level, managing IT environments for mid-to-large organizations
  • Comprehensive understanding of networking, security, backup/storage, identity management, servers, and workstations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products and collaboration tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint)
  • Foundational knowledge of ITIL v3 Service management practices and experience with ITSM systems like ServiceNow
