IT Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Operations Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in the design and development of IT operation environments to ensure stability and efficiency
• Analyze system performance, identifying trends and estimating resource requirements to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Collaborate with teams to improve operational efficiency and support technology initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with 2 - 4 years of experience, or a Master's with 0 - 2 years of experience
• Experience with IT operations, including infrastructure planning, system administration, and network management
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot IT performance issues and implement corrective actions
• Knowledge of client/server architecture, virtualization, and cloud computing technologies
• DoD 8570 Level 1 Certification
