IT Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations IT Analyst I (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Execute IT infrastructure and application support tasks according to documented procedures
• Detect, escalate, and resolve incidents or potential incidents while providing tier 1 resolution services
• Provide incident leadership and assist service delivery staff in restoring services rapidly

Required Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. in Computer Science preferred, with 1+ years of experience in an IT-related field required
• ITIL v3 or v4 Foundations Certification preferred
• Knowledge of IT Service Management tools (e.g., HP Service Manager, Service Now)
• Experience with IT Event Management tools (e.g., CA Spectrum, SolarWinds) is a plus
• Ability to work shifts including nights and/or weekends
