Job Summary

A company is looking for a Command Center - IT Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor computer systems, networks, and applications to ensure availability and performance
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system errors, job failures, and configuration issues
Document issues, actions taken, and escalate incidents to management or support teams as necessary

Required Qualifications

Associate degree or technical certification in Computer Science (or related field), or 2+ years of related IT operations experience
Basic understanding of networking concepts
Experience in Network Operations or multi-platform environments
Familiarity with ITIL practices and tools such as ServiceNow or SolarWinds
Flexible schedule to support 24/7 operations
