IT Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting IT financial operations, the full-time IT Operations Analyst will manage contract tracking, procurement processes, and operational spend management while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain centralized tracking of IT contracts and monitor contract milestones for renewals and changes
• Support IT operational procurement processes and assist with invoice validation and payment processing
• Track and reconcile IT operational spend, providing visibility into actuals and forecasts for financial decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• 2 years of experience supporting IT financial operations, contract administration, or procurement
• Strong financial, analytical, and reconciliation skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Effective communication skills to partner with technical and finance stakeholders
