IT Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance IT operational efficiency, the full-time IT Operations Analyst will drive data-driven insights and analysis, manage financial operations related to IT expenses, and guide leadership on process improvements while working in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and address IT operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies to improve maturity
• Manage finance operational lifecycles for IT expenses and oversee the renewal calendar for vendor contracts
• Analyze IT financial performance trends and provide strategic recommendations for budget optimization and resource allocation

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations, business operations, or financial analysis
• Proven experience in advising on financial or operational decisions that influence resource allocation
• Ability to independently analyze financial or operational data and translate findings into actionable guidance
• Experience managing competing priorities and multi-stakeholder processes with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated ownership of a financial or operational function end-to-end, including cross-functional coordination
