IT Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Driving data-driven insights and analysis, the full-time IT Operations Analyst will manage IT operational bottlenecks, oversee financial operations, and provide strategic recommendations to IT leadership while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and address IT operational inefficiencies to enhance operational maturity
• Guide IT leadership on systems changes and process improvements to optimize workflows and spending
• Analyze financial performance trends and provide recommendations for budget optimization and resource allocation

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations, business operations, or financial analysis
• Proven ability to advise on financial or operational decisions impacting resource allocation and vendor strategy
• Experience analyzing financial or operational data to identify trends and risks
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
• Experience owning a financial or operational function end-to-end with accountability for outcomes
