Job Summary

To enhance IT operations and financial management, the full-time IT Operations Analyst will drive data-driven insights, manage IT expenses, and guide leadership on process improvements while working in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and address operational bottlenecks to improve IT efficiency
• Manage finance operational lifecycles and oversee the IT renewal calendar
• Analyze financial performance trends and provide strategic recommendations for budget optimization

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations, business operations, or financial analysis
• Proven ability to advise on financial or operational decisions impacting resource allocation
• Experience independently analyzing financial or operational data to identify trends and risks
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
• Experience owning a financial or operational function end-to-end
