Job Summary

Driving data-driven insights and analysis, the full-time IT Operations Analyst will manage IT operational bottlenecks, guide leadership on process improvements, and oversee financial operations to enhance IT decision-making and budget management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and address operational inefficiencies while guiding IT leadership on systems changes
• Manage IT expenses and renewals, ensuring alignment with budget and providing recommendations for vendor actions
• Analyze financial performance trends and develop strategic recommendations for resource allocation and budget optimization

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations, business operations, or financial analysis
• Proven ability to advise on financial or operational decisions that influence resource allocation
• Experience in independently analyzing financial or operational data to identify trends and risks
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
• Experience owning a financial or operational function end-to-end, including cross-functional coordination
