Job Summary

Driving data-driven insights and analysis, the full-time IT Operations Analyst will manage IT operational efficiencies and financial intelligence, ensuring accurate reporting and strategic decision-making within the IT Business Management Office.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and address operational bottlenecks to enhance IT efficiency
• Guide IT leadership on process improvements and financial operations management
• Analyze financial performance trends and provide strategic recommendations for budget optimization

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations, business operations, or financial analysis
• Proven experience in advising on financial or operational decisions
• Ability to analyze financial or operational data and translate findings into actionable guidance
• Experience managing competing priorities and multi-stakeholder processes independently
• Experience owning a financial or operational function end-to-end
