Key Responsibilities

• Oversee IT service delivery and performance across clinics and corporate teams
• Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive security program aligned with HIPAA and healthcare standards
• Establish operational governance and continuous improvement processes for IT operations and security metrics

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in IT operations leadership, preferably in multi-site environments
• Experience with IT service management and measurable operational outcomes
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies including M365 and Entra ID
• Security leadership experience with practical controls implementation
• Expertise in vendor management with a focus on KPI-driven accountability
