Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Operations Associate to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and patch infrastructure equipment, including servers, WAPs, switches, and firewalls
Engage with infrastructure teams for downed devices and high priority incidents
Perform Level 1 infrastructure activities and ensure proper documentation for each ticket handled

Required Qualifications:

Strong emphasis on following ITIL standards and maintaining PCI compliance
Experience with Windows Server 2012, 2016, and 2019
Knowledge of various ticketing systems and ability to handle tickets within a strict time window
Experience with Active Directory and MFA
Shift flexibility, including night, weekend, and holiday work
