IT Operations Automation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Operations Automation Engineer (100% Remote - USA).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain critical automation platforms to standardize service exposure and security within IT Operations
• Identify automation opportunities and develop new processes following best practices
• Provide Tier 2 and 3 support and troubleshooting, coordinating with vendors and internal teams as needed

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven experience developing scripts in Python, Terraform, or Bash
• Solid understanding of GCP, Okta (APIs and Orchestrator), and Google Workspace
• Knowledge of professional best practices for the full SDLC, including coding standards and source control management (GitHub)
