IT Operations & Cloud Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Operations & Cloud Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of Microsoft 365 and oversee Azure tenant configuration
• Serve as the internal escalation point for complex issues and handle break-fix support independently
• Administer security policies and coordinate with MSP for incident response and compliance

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in IT operations or cloud engineering roles
• Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 and practical experience with Azure
• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender and Conditional Access
• Proficiency in PowerShell for scripting and automation
• Experience managing a Managed Service Provider relationship
