Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of IT Operations to lead and scale technology operations in a digital-first healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT operations experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Experience managing cloud environments and IT support functions
• Familiarity with healthcare privacy and security frameworks, particularly HIPAA
• Proven experience with documentation for security and compliance audits
