IT Operations Director

Job Summary

Owning the full internal technology function, the remote IT Operations Director will manage IT operations, vendor relationships, and business systems while ensuring cybersecurity and compliance in a growing professional services company.

Key responsibilities

• Own internal IT operations, including support, uptime, incident response, and problem resolution
• Manage technology vendors, including MSPs and Salesforce, ensuring accountability to defined service levels and performance expectations
• Support and improve Microsoft 365 and related operational platforms, while partnering with leadership on technology planning and business continuity

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Experience managing internal IT operations in a remote-first or growth-stage environment
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and cybersecurity practices
• Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM/business systems integration
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
