IT Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Operations Engineer to provide high-quality customer-focused service and maintain infrastructure technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support and troubleshooting for technology-related issues and requests
• Install, maintain, and configure hardware and software systems according to company standards
• Assist with high-priority incidents and contribute to knowledgebase documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-4 years of hands-on experience with computer hardware and software technologies
• Certifications in AWS, Microsoft, or ITIL are a plus
• Intermediate knowledge of local and wide area networking
• Experience with O365, MS Teams, Exchange online, and Windows Server technologies
