IT Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Operations Engineer to join their IT Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain servers, storage, and network equipment, including upgrades and troubleshooting
• Participate in an on-call rotation for physical infrastructure support and follow change management processes
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve operational challenges and maintain documentation of system configurations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Deep knowledge of infrastructure technologies such as VMware, cloud computing, and operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS)
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud
• Familiarity with Active Directory, performance monitoring tools, and basic networking concepts
• Exposure to Python and shell scripting for automation tasks
