IT Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Operations Engineer with expertise in cloud identity, Windows automation, and end user support.

Key Responsibilities

• Automate operational tasks and workflows using Python, PowerShell, and similar scripting tools
• Manage and automate Windows environment deployment and configuration, including device management
• Administer and optimize identity and access management within Microsoft Entra ID

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in IT Operations, Cloud Operations, or a similar role
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud services
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, PowerShell, or similar languages
• Working knowledge of identity platforms, especially Microsoft Entra ID
