IT Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Operations Engineer (Hybrid, Bucharest).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver effective IT support across all business functions and manage Incident, Problem, and Service Request processes
• Provide escalation support for junior technicians and create Problem tickets to identify root causes
• Assist with special projects and maintain regional stock levels of IT equipment

Required Qualifications

• Certified knowledge of Mac and PC OS environments
• Experience with Intune, Entra AD, OnPrem AD, and JAMF
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues
• Understanding of network configuration and issues
• Proven project management experience, including planning and resource allocation
