IT Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Operations Engineer to manage and enhance its internal IT infrastructure and security compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage endpoint device security, including deployment and maintenance of MDM solutions and security tools
• Oversee identity and access management across various SaaS platforms, ensuring compliance and security protocols are followed
• Automate repetitive tasks and build internal tools to improve operational efficiency and employee self-service

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in IT Operations, DevOps, or Systems Administration
• Expert-level macOS administration and familiarity with endpoint management across multiple operating systems
• Strong programming skills in Python and Bash, with experience in automation and building internal tooling
• Knowledge of SOC 2 compliance and experience with security documentation and vulnerability management
• Experience managing cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
