IT Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Operations Engineer - Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary technical resource across the portfolio, handling escalated issues and adapting approaches based on company size and maturity
• Manage identity and access, ensuring appropriate access levels and troubleshooting authentication issues
• Administer and troubleshoot core SaaS platforms while driving operational improvements through automation and documentation

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in IT operations or systems support in a SaaS environment
• Hands-on experience with identity platforms like JumpCloud, Okta, or Azure AD
• Solid understanding of SSO protocols and SCIM provisioning
• Comfortable supporting both macOS and Windows endpoints, with a focus on Mac
• Experience with basic scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
