IT Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Operations Engineer to integrate, administer, and maintain its systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and operation of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and AI tooling
• Administer and optimize AI platforms company-wide, managing access, usage policies, and cost controls
• Implement corporate device and application management policies in collaboration with relevant teams

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant technical experience in system administration or engineering
• Expertise managing Google Workspace and other enterprise productivity applications
• Hands-on experience administering AI platforms such as Claude or ChatGPT
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Go
• Strong project and task management skills
