IT Operations Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting internal IT infrastructure as an L3 engineer, the full-time remote IT Operations Engineer will investigate and resolve incidents, deploy new corporate cloud services, and maintain existing on-premises services.

Key responsibilities:

• Support internal IT infrastructure as an L3 engineer
• Investigate, resolve, and document incidents
• Deploy new and maintain existing corporate cloud and on-premises services

Required qualifications:

• Experience working with Linux-based operating systems (Ubuntu Server)
• Experience in deploying and administering web services
• Experience with monitoring systems such as Zabbix, Prometheus, or Grafana
• Experience with web servers (Apache/Nginx)
• Experience working with Docker
