IT Operations Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting internal IT infrastructure as a full-time remote IT Operations Engineer, the successful candidate will manage incident resolution, document processes, and oversee the deployment and maintenance of corporate cloud and on-premises services.

Key responsibilities

• Support internal IT infrastructure as an L3 engineer
• Investigate, resolve, and document incidents
• Deploy and maintain corporate cloud services and on-premises services

Required qualifications

• Experience with Linux-based operating systems, particularly Ubuntu Server
• Proficiency in deploying and administering web services
• Familiarity with monitoring systems such as Zabbix, Prometheus, or Grafana
• Experience with web servers like Apache or Nginx
• Knowledge of Docker and cloud workspaces
