IT Operations Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Lead - Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Own EMEA IT service delivery, managing intake, triage, escalation, and closure with user updates
• Lead and coordinate a distributed support model, managing remote IT engineers and MSPs
• Oversee endpoint hygiene and asset lifecycle, ensuring compliance with global standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate IT operations or end user computing
• Experience leading or coordinating a remote team, including vendors or MSPs
• Strong experience operating across EMEA, with preference for direct Africa coverage
• Solid identity and access fundamentals, including MFA and secure provisioning
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
