IT Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Ops Manager to lead the IT Operations team and ensure seamless technology application and infrastructure operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure functional computers and access to business applications for end users
• Oversee team performance, providing guidance and fostering professional development
• Lead IT initiatives and manage vendor relationships while driving infrastructure improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Several years of experience in IT support and infrastructure administration
• Experience managing an IT Operations team
• Extensive experience with Microsoft-based systems, including Active Directory and Azure AD
• Knowledge of SaaS application administration and user management
