IT Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Operations Manager to oversee IT functions and manage departmental budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a 24x7 IT operations team to ensure high availability and operational stability of applications and services
• Deploy and install software and patches in production and lower environments
• Monitor servers, databases, and applications, and resolve issues in collaboration with development teams

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma with 5-8 years of management experience in IT or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-3 years of management experience
• Three or more years of management experience supervising 24x7 IT applications, DBAs, and system administrators
• Experience ensuring high availability and operational stability for enterprise systems
• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, Linux, and Windows server management
• Familiarity with managing incidents and requests using ServiceNow and Jira
