IT Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations & Maintenance IT Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations for infrastructure, applications, cloud services, and core systems
• Lead incident response, major incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution
• Oversee patching, upgrades, configuration updates, backups, and disaster recovery testing

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or application operations
• At least 3+ years of people management experience
• Experience managing release processes and application lifecycle activities
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management
• Ability to analyze operational metrics and implement improvements based on data
