IT Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Operations Manager - Government Payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities for government payment platforms to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain operational documentation to support process consistency and compliance
• Implement and monitor quality controls and change management processes for system availability

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT Operations, Production Support, or IT Project Management
• Experience with ITIL processes, including incident, problem, change, and release management
• Knowledge of software delivery lifecycles and regulatory compliance expectations
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in financial services or government payment environments (preferred)
