IT Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Business Operations Manager to manage vendor relationships and oversee IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements
• Oversee IT budgeting, financial reporting, and cost controls
• Prepare and deliver executive-level business updates and metrics to leadership

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required
• 7+ years of experience in IT operations or enterprise operations leadership
• 2+ years supporting large-scale enterprise initiatives
• Strong knowledge of IT contract structures and vendor management
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry strongly preferred
