IT Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Ops Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and administer all company systems, including SaaS tools and internal applications
• Act as an internal help desk resource and manage vendor procurement and software renewals
• Lead security operations and conduct HIPAA compliance audits

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of IT experience with a focus on systems administration, security, and vendor management
• Startup experience with a background in building IT infrastructure
• Healthcare and HIPAA experience; security experience is strongly preferred
• Experience supporting hybrid and remote teams
• Hands-on experience with MDM platforms, IAM, and Google Workspace administration
