IT Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of IT Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the health and availability of key sales and operational tools
• Ensure stability and performance of the operational IT infrastructure related to sales and revenue operations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and configure tools accordingly

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Operational Support / IT Infrastructure / Toolset Management
• Solid hands-on experience with CRM platforms and BI tools
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure as it relates to SaaS tools and system uptime
• Understanding of sales processes and revenue operations KPIs
• Intermediate English proficiency
