IT Operations Manager

Job Summary

IT Operations Manager, responsible for leading a team of engineers to ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of IT infrastructure in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers in a mixed OS environment
• Drive the roadmap for automating server provisioning and deployment pipelines
• Serve as the final escalation point for complex Linux environment issues

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in an IT Operations management role
• Expert-level proficiency in Linux Administration
• Proficiency in Python or Bash for automation
• Experience with Terraform and/or Ansible for infrastructure management
• Working knowledge of Cisco and Fortinet technologies
