Job Summary

Leading the IT Operations team, the full-time IT Operations Manager will ensure reliable, secure, and efficient operations while managing incidents, problems, and change management processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the IT Operations team, ensuring cross-training and performance evaluations
• Drive continuous improvements in IT operations, developing processes for incident, problem, and change management
• Oversee device asset management and procurement, ensuring consistency in service delivery across the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical experience
• 7+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience with Office 365, MS Azure, and cloud-based systems
• ITIL certification preferred
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
