IT Operations Manager

Job Summary

Owning and evolving the internal IT function, the full-time hybrid IT Operations Manager will manage a cloud-first environment, implement IT policies, and partner with the Head of Information Security to enhance compliance and security measures.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and manage the IT environment, including device management and SaaS tooling
• Design and improve IT policies and processes to ensure security and scalability
• Collaborate with the Head of Information Security to align IT operations with security strategies and compliance initiatives

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading IT in a modern, cloud-first environment
• Experience in a high-growth startup, including IT infrastructure setup and scaling
• Hands-on experience managing macOS fleets using MDM solutions
• Familiarity with SaaS infrastructure, identity providers, and zero-trust principles
• Experience contributing to compliance frameworks such as SOC-2
