IT Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading global operational initiatives, the full-time salaried IT Operations Manager will oversee the stability and performance of IT systems, manage B2B integrations, and drive strategic planning for technology enhancements across a multinational customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the stability, performance, availability, and security of IT systems supporting 24/7 business operations
• Lead customer and partner B2B integrations, ensuring seamless data exchange and high-quality onboarding experiences
• Develop long-term technology roadmaps and identify opportunities for automation and cost optimization across infrastructure and application portfolios

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience (7-8 years)
• Certified in ITIL 4 Foundation
• Strong technical proficiency in managing a Microsoft Windows server environment, including Active Directory policies
• Experience in supporting network infrastructure, including VPN access and WAF security environment
• Working knowledge of B2B system integration with customer ERP platforms, including SAP Ariba and Coupa
