Job Summary
Leading the IT function, the full-time IT Operations Manager will manage the help desk team, oversee core IT processes, and drive automation initiatives in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the help desk team, including ticket triage, agent processes, and escalations
- Administer Google Workspace and manage access across a SaaS stack
- Own and improve core IT processes, including employee onboarding and offboarding
Required qualifications
- Prior experience in an IT operations leadership or senior role
- Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace and a SaaS environment
- Strong skills in no-code automation tools (e.g., Jira automation, Make.com, Zapier)
- Experience leading or running a help desk function
- Comfortable troubleshooting identity, authentication, and connectivity issues
