IT Operations Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on IT Operations Manager, the full-time remote position will lead and evolve internal workplace technology functions, focusing on Microsoft 365, security, compliance, and operational excellence while managing a growing global team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Internal IT Operations function, ensuring service quality and operational priorities are met
• Manage and develop internal IT team members, fostering a high-performing culture and accountability
• Own IT infrastructure, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide the team through effective support and escalation management

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in internal IT, systems administration, or IT operations
• Demonstrated experience managing a team in an internal IT or systems environment
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune
• Proficiency in PowerShell for administration and automation
• Experience using Power BI or similar tools for operational reporting and service visibility
