IT Operations Manager

Job Summary

As the first IT Operations Manager in a full-time remote position, the successful candidate will own the entire IT function, including systems administration, vendor management, and security operations, while actively building and implementing processes to support a growing healthcare practice.

Key responsibilities

• Administer all company systems, including IAM, MDM, Google Workspace, and a portfolio of SaaS tools
• Act as the internal help desk resource, supporting team members with various IT needs
• Lead security operations, including endpoint protection management and HIPAA compliance audits

Required qualifications

• 7-10 years of IT experience with a focus on systems administration, security, and vendor management
• Startup experience with a proven track record of building IT infrastructure
• Healthcare and HIPAA experience, with a preference for security-related expertise
• Experience supporting hybrid and remote teams, preferably in marketplace or healthtech environments
• Hands-on experience with MDM platforms, IAM, Google Workspace administration, and SaaS management
