IT Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support a fast-growing healthcare environment, the full-time salaried IT Operations Manager will manage critical IT operations, drive cross-functional programs for system scalability and security, and serve as a key escalation point for complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation point for complex IT issues, performing troubleshooting across SaaS platforms and identity systems
• Drive end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives by coordinating across systems and stakeholders to ensure reliable implementations
• Monitor system health and proactively identify reliability, performance, and security issues while leveraging automation tools to enhance employee support

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT operations, IT support, or infrastructure roles with ownership of core systems
• Strong hands-on experience with Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack administration
• Experience with SaaS integrations and identity/access management systems
• Solid understanding of HIPAA requirements and experience supporting SOC 2 compliance
• Proven ability to independently execute cross-functional technical initiatives in fast-paced environments
