IT Operations Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing the full life cycle of technology projects, the full-time IT Operations Project Manager will oversee initiatives related to Enterprise Applications, IT Security, and Network/System Infrastructure, while working remotely to enhance IT Operations processes and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects under the IT Operations & Services Portfolio, focusing on process improvements and change management
• Collaborate with IT management and stakeholders to develop project plans with clear dependencies and resource estimates
• Facilitate communication and meetings between IT Operations and project stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum seven years of experience as an IT professional
• Demonstrated skills in Project Management, Change Management, and Release Management
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Azure, and Enterprise Applications
• Experience in IT Security, Systems/Network Administration, and process improvement initiatives
