Job Summary

Leading technology project initiatives, the full-time remote IT Operations Project Manager will ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects across computer infrastructure, cloud, and database domains, utilizing Agile Scrum and traditional project management methodologies with JIRA for tracking and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project management for infrastructure, cloud, and database initiatives
• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies and apply traditional project management techniques as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• At least 3 years of project management experience in technology projects
• Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodology, with experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager
• Advanced proficiency in JIRA for project tracking and management
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and computer infrastructure concepts
